Shipping & Returns

- We deliver to the following municipalities on the island of Gran Canaria at a cost of € 8: Arucas, Las Palmas, Telde, Valsequillo, Agüimes Santa Lucía de Tirajana, San Bartolomé de Tirajana and Mogán. For delivery in other municipalities of the island, please contact us to determine the cost and estimated delivery time of the shipment.

- Shipments within the municipality of Ingenio are free.

- The delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery area and the volume of work.

​

- In case of return of a product through the web, the customer must pay the shipping costs for the transport or can return it directly to our store by showing us the proof of purchase.  

​

- The customer has a maximum period of 14 days to return the product that he has purchased through the web.

- All the products we send are previously checked to guarantee that they are in perfect condition. In the event that a product arrives in poor condition, please contact us through the CONTACT section
